If any parts of the specified product are damaged or defected upon arrival, and the case is reported to Swiggler Gaming within 14 days of arrival, either the entire product will be replaced for free, with shipping covered by Swiggler Gaming, or a new set of just the damaged/defected component(s) will be sent to the customer for free. Swiggler Gaming reserves the right to determine which of the previously mentioned actions will be taken.

*Quality Component Guarantee only valid in the Continental U.S.*Swiggler Gaming reserves the right to make void its guarantee to any party of whom it is suspicious of:1) intentionally damaging components in order to claim the warranty.2) not having an actual case of damaged/defected components, or failing to provide proper evidence when asked to (via pictures, etc.).

If a product purchased from Swiggler does not meet the expectations of the customer**, and it is reported to Swiggler Gaming within 28 days of arrival, the customer may return the product to Swiggler Gaming, paying only return shipping, for a complete product refund.
*Satisfaction Guarantee only valid in the Continental U.S.**(regarding the expectations of the customer) This phrase excludes the situation of component damage/defects, which fall only under the Quality Component Guarantee.*If it is found by Swiggler Gaming that the product being refunded (or its components) is damaged upon return to Swiggler Gaming, and such that it could not have been caused by the shipping process, the product may not be refunded at the discretion of Swiggler Gaming. However, if the product or its components are damaged/defected prior to its arrival to the customer, and aside from that, the game is also not satisfactory to the customer, a combo complaint may be filed (to the left), which will result in the the customer being asked to fill out both guarantee applications. If both claims are verified by Swiggler Gaming as legitimate, a complete product refund will be provided, along with return shipping covered by Swiggler Gaming.
